Know what the GTM system is worth before you close

Pipeline, forecast and CRM data drive the number you are paying for. We check them before close, rated red, amber or green, and fix what matters in the first 100 days after it.

What diligence checks

Six areas, each with the red flags that change a valuation or a 100-day plan.

  • CRM and data

Required fields, duplicates, ownership and how much of the history can be trusted.

Red flag: amounts and close dates missing on open deals
  • Pipeline

Stage definitions, age, activity and conversion by stage and by source.

Red flag: pipeline that no one has touched in a month
  • Forecast

The last four quarters of commit and forecast against what actually closed.

Red flag: a forecast that misses in the same direction every quarter
  • Board reporting

Whether ARR, retention and pipeline metrics are defined, reproducible and tied to the CRM.

Red flag: board numbers built by hand in a spreadsheet
  • Tools and contracts

The GTM stack, overlap, renewal dates and what the company actually uses.

Red flag: large renewals due soon after close
  • Data ownership

Who owns the accounts, integrations and data, and what leaves with an agency or a person.

Red flag: systems held in an agency's accounts

The first 100 days after close

Three stages, each ending with something the board can see.

  1. What happens
We work through the diligence findings with the management team, agree definitions, and rank the fixes by revenue impact.
    What the board sees
A ranked fix list with owners and dates, and the metric definitions everyone will report on.
  2. What happens
CRM clean-up, stage definitions and exit criteria, pipeline hygiene rules, and the forecast method.
    What the board sees
Pipeline and forecast numbers the team can reproduce from the CRM.
  3. What happens
Board and investor reporting built from the CRM, a weekly forecast call, and a handover to the company's team.
    What the board sees
The first board pack produced from the system, not assembled by hand.

Confidential by default

  • NDA before any accessNothing is opened until the NDA is signed.
  • Read-onlyCRM access or exports only. We change nothing in the target's systems.
  • No outside contactWe speak to the target's staff only when you approve it.
  • Findings go to youThe memo is yours. Working data is deleted when the work ends.

Across a portfolio

The same metric definitions and board pack in every company, so portfolio numbers compare cleanly. Companies without an operations team can run on RevOps as a Service, from $2,500 a month.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does GTM diligence take?

It is sized to your deal timeline. Tell us the date you need the memo, and we scope the review to fit it.

What access do you need?

Read-only CRM access or exports, the last four quarters of forecasts and board reports, and a list of the GTM tools and their contracts.

Can the 100-day plan start without diligence?

Yes. The first 30 days then include the diagnosis that diligence would have covered.

Do you work with the management team?

After close, yes: the 100-day plan is run with them and handed to them. Before close, only when you approve it.

Is the work confidential?

Yes. We sign your NDA before any access, work read-only, and delete working data when the work ends. The findings memo is yours.
