Most RevOps work fails somewhere between the software that was sold and the system that actually got built. We sit in that gap. If you sell the software, if you are the operator, or if you own the client relationship, there is a version of this that works for you.

Three tracks below. They are genuinely different, so read the one that fits and ignore the other two.

Track One

Software Vendors

You have closed the deal. Now the customer has to implement it, and your renewal depends on whether they ever reach the value you sold them. That is the part that goes wrong, and it usually goes wrong quietly.

Implementation capacity

We take the builds your services team does not have headroom for. Migration, integration, data model, reporting layer. Delivered to your standards, on your timeline, without you hiring for a spike in demand.

Rescue work

Accounts that stalled after onboarding and are now a renewal risk. We go in, find why adoption stopped, and fix the system rather than retrain the users on a broken one.

Pre-sales support

Scoping and technical validation on complex deals, so your AE is not promising an integration nobody has checked is possible.

We work across more than 150 sales, marketing, CX and CRM systems, with the deepest bench in HubSpot and Salesforce. If your program has a certification path, we will go through it rather than ask for an exception.

Track Two

Independent Operators

For people working solo in RevOps, GTM Ops, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or CX Ops. The work is good and the rates are fine. The problem is that it arrives in bursts, and the months between bursts are the ones that make people take a full-time job they did not want.

Overflow work, not a queue

We bring you into engagements that match what you actually build. You see the scope and the rate before you say yes, and saying no does not push you down a list.

You keep your own clients

This is not exclusivity and it is not a non-compete on your existing book. If it competes with work you already have, tell us and we will route it elsewhere.

Referral both directions

Send us the work that is too big or outside your stack. We will send you the work that is too small for us or squarely in yours. Fees agreed in writing before an introduction.

What we look for is straightforward: systems you have actually shipped, and the judgment to tell a client when the thing they asked for is the wrong thing to build. Certifications are useful. They are not what we screen on.

Track Three

Other Consultancies

You are strong in strategy, or in a vertical, or in a platform we do not touch. A client asks for something adjacent to that and you either turn it down or subcontract it badly. We would rather be the third option.

White-label delivery

We build under your brand. Your client stays your client, and we do not approach them during the engagement or after it. That is in the agreement, not a handshake.

Named subcontract

Where it helps you to say who is doing the technical build, we will stand behind the work in front of your client and answer for it directly.

Straight referral

No delivery involvement at all. You pass the work, we pay a fee, you stay out of the scoping. Useful when it is nowhere near your practice.

How It Works

A call to work out which track fits and whether there is real overlap. If there is, we agree commercial terms in writing before any work or any introduction. Then a first engagement, deliberately small, because both sides learn more from one real project than from a long conversation about how we might work together.

Referral and revenue-share terms vary by track and by engagement size. We will put numbers in front of you on the first call rather than publish a rate card that would be wrong for half the people reading it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you white-label your work?

Yes, for consultancy partners. We deliver under your brand, your client relationship stays intact, and we do not approach them during or after the engagement.

What do you look for in an independent operator?

Hands-on build experience in at least one of RevOps, GTM Ops, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops or CX Ops, and the judgment to say when a request is the wrong thing to build. Systems you have shipped matter more to us than certifications.

Is there a referral fee?

Yes. Terms depend on the track and the size of the engagement, and we agree them in writing before any introduction is made.

Where do you deliver from?

Two hubs, Canada and India. Senior strategy and hands-on execution sit under one roof, which matters for vendors and consultancies who need delivery capacity without a North American boutique's rate card.
