AI SDR

An AI SDR that researches every account, and waits for your yes

It watches for buying signals, researches each account, finds the right person and drafts outreach a rep would actually send. A person approves every message. We build it inside your org, so you own all of it.

An illustration with made-up data, not a client's.

From signal to meeting, with a person on every send

Follow one made-up account through the AI SDR. Each step shows what it takes off your team's plate.

InteractiveOne account, six steps Select a step, or use Next.
  1. What it does
Watches job posts, funding news, product usage and web visits for the accounts in your ICP.
    Sample output
Northwind Labs posted four SDR roles this month, and someone there viewed your pricing page three times this week.
  2. What it does
Reads the account's website, news and job posts and writes a short brief a rep can use in a minute.
    Sample output
Series B, about 180 people, on HubSpot, building an outbound team. Likely pain: routing and ramp before the new SDRs start.
  3. What it does
Finds the right person and verifies the email through waterfall enrichment, then checks the CRM for an open deal, a customer or an opt-out.
    Sample output
Dana Reeves, VP Sales. Email verified. Not in an open deal, not a customer, no opt-out on record.
  4. What it does
Writes the first touch from the research, in your messaging, with the source behind each claim listed next to it.
    Sample output
A three-line opener about the SDR hiring and what it does to routing, with two sources attached.
  5. What stays human
A rep reads, edits and approves every message. Nothing sends on its own.
    Sample output
The rep changes one line and approves. Suppression lists, opt-outs and daily send limits are checked before it goes.
  6. What it does
Sends from a separate, warmed domain, logs the activity in the CRM, and routes any reply to the rep.
    Sample output
Dana replies. The reply lands with the rep, the meeting goes on their calendar, and the CRM shows the whole thread.

What the AI does, and what stays human

The AI takes the hours of research and drafting. Your team keeps the judgment and the conversations.

Outbound data is personal data, and a sending domain is easy to burn. These are agreed before the first send.

  • A person approves every sendDrafts wait for a rep. Nothing goes out on its own.
  • A separate sending domainWarmed before use, so your main domain's reputation is never at risk.
  • Suppression and opt-outsCustomers, open deals, competitors and anyone who opted out are excluded, in every tool.
  • Sources and consentWhere data comes from, and the rules for the markets you sell into, are agreed with you first.
  • Send limitsDaily caps per sender, so volume never outruns quality or deliverability.
  • Every action loggedWhat was researched, drafted, edited and sent, reviewable and reversible.

The AI SDR is one branch of a GTM brain

On its own it fills your pipeline. As part of a GTM Brain Build it shares one source of truth with nurture, deals, forecasting and customer success, so a prospect's history follows them all the way to renewal. Would you rather we ran outbound for you? See cold email, paid per lead.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the AI SDR send emails on its own?

No. Every message waits for a person to approve it. The AI does the research and the first draft; your rep decides what goes out.

Will it replace our SDRs?

It takes the part of the job that is research, list building and drafting, so your SDRs spend their time on replies, calls and meetings. Whether that means fewer hires or more pipeline from the same team is your call.

Why a separate sending domain?

Cold outreach carries deliverability risk. Sending it from a separate, warmed domain keeps your main domain, the one your customer and team email depends on, out of harm's way.

Is it compliant with email and privacy rules?

We agree data sources, suppression lists and opt-out handling with you before the first send, along with the rules for the markets you sell into, such as CASL in Canada or GDPR in Europe. Your legal team has the final say on what applies to you.

How is this different from AI SDR software?

It is built for you, inside your own CRM and accounts, from your ICP, your messaging and your history. You own it outright, a person approves every send, and there is no per-seat licence.
