Frequently Asked Questions
How is the estimate worked out?
Every project is estimated in hours by role, at that role's hourly rate, from $120 an hour for a systems admin to $200 for a senior RevOps lead. Team size and the state of your CRM data scale the hours. The range runs from the estimate to a quarter above it, because scoping usually finds something.
Why do rates differ by role?
Because the work does. Keeping a CRM clean does not need an architect's time, and designing a forecast should not be left to an admin. Pricing by role means you pay senior rates only for senior work.
Do we have to start with the paid assessment?
No. Start with the free Health Score review: 30 minutes, ending with the three fixes worth doing first. The two-week assessment, $4,500, earns its fee when several things are wrong at once and you need them ranked. It is credited in full against a project that starts within 60 days.
Can we cancel ongoing support?
Yes. Ongoing support starts at $2,500 a month and runs for a minimum of three months, because the first month is mostly learning your systems. After that, either side can end it with 30 days' notice, and everything we built stays in your systems.
What is not included in the price?
Software licences, such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Clay, paid data and enrichment credits, and taxes. We will tell you during scoping if a project needs a licence upgrade, so it is never a surprise after the work starts.
Do you work with private equity firms?
Yes, through two fixed-scope offers. GTM systems diligence runs two to three weeks before a deal closes and answers whether the revenue data can be trusted. The 100-day RevOps plan starts at close and gets the CRM, forecast and reporting to a state the board and the operating partner can rely on.
